It was August of 1989 when they still called themselves the USSR. The show, hailed as the Russian Woodstock, featured 6 bands from abroad and some Russian rockers and was considered the beginning of a warm up of the cold war. A hundred thousand people attended and it was broadcast around the world. We finally had 'World Peace'. Well, can't say our favorite rockers tried hard to get that done. Sebastian was part of the show, as were the Scorpions who were inspired to write "Wind Of Change'.
