Doh!!! Kiss Flub Detroit Rock City In Antwerp...Cringy!!!

Just days after Gene Simmons was popping off about being the fittest of the 'wrinkly rockers' as he describes his fellow brethren in their 70's the band is caught 'phoning it in with backing tracks'. Wait!! What??? But Kiss has insists that they NEVER use backing tracks in concert. That bit Gene in his well-girded butt cheeks in Antwerp, Belgium June 6th where they continued the "End of The Road Tour" ..endlessly. Simmons may have flown too close to the sun picking on Mick earlier this week. Claiming that wearing 40 pounds of heavy armaments and giant boots on stage every night, he runs circles around Jagger. Jagger wouldn't last five minutes in my shoes preened Gene. But aside from 'flying' Gene just stands there on stage, and that's fine, but takin' a swipe at Jagger whose show prep was running 6 miles every day into his 60's seems petty beyond. However, that's not what this is about. It's about the claim that they don't have backing tracks for KISS shows which held up 'til this week when Eric Singer missed a rest and came in too soon on 'Detroit Rock City' throwing the whole song off to the point where they were singing the part about "..everybody gonna leave their seat..." with nobody on mic. Qualifies as what my Dad used to call a 'clusterf@$k"!! Of course, everything KISS did in Belgium would've stayed in Belgium if it weren't for cell phones and social media. And of course, it being social media, someone snarkily referred to it as the "End of The Dignity Tour' Ouchf!! So, is Eric Singer fired? I can only imagine Gene spitting blood backstage after, but remember "Detroit Rock City" is the show opener so he had a long time to seethe. Although, it's cool to watch everybody in Belgium singing along with "Detroit Rock City..."
