Dodgers Star Switches Milwaukee Hotel After Ghost Scare

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Teoscar Hernández recently switched hotels during a road trip to Milwaukee because of alleged paranormal activity at the city’s famous Pfister Hotel. Known among Major League Baseball players as “Baseball’s Most Haunted Hotel,” the Pfister has a long history of ghost stories dating back to its opening in 1893 — from mysterious footsteps to lights flickering on and off.

Now when asked, Hernández joked about the situation during a press conference, insisting he isn’t the one who believes in ghosts....but that his wife wasn’t taking any chances.

She reportedly saw lights turning on by themselves, heard strange noises, and even footsteps in the hallways. While the ballplayer laughed off the eerie claims, he decided to play it safe, or maybe just keep his wife happy, by checking into another hotel for the rest of the trip.
