Police pulled over a vehicle, and realized there was a 9-year-old behind the wheel.
The kid said he was just trying to get to school. This child is on their way to greatness when it comes to getting out of tickets.
Spencer said he got a ticket last week, and should have used an excuse.
Megan said she's always just honest when police ask her where she's going and why she's speeding. She said honesty is the best answer.
