After hearing a story of someone getting arrested while in the bathroom, we want to know how often this happens.
We asked law enforcement if they would arrest someone who was in the middle of using the restroom.
Our friends said that they would wait for them to finish up - to avoid unwanted messes.
However, Spencer said he was on a ride along where someone was in an indecent position, and things were taking too long. The officer on duty had to detain the individual without him being decent.
