Welp The Start Of Baseball Season Is Canceled

Last night I was somewhat hopeful the season would start on time. The owners deadline of 5p Monday was extended to Tuesday March 1st at 5p. That gave baseball fans like me hope. But the owners and players could not hammer out a deal and games have now been canceled. These games will not be made up. The season was set to start on March 31st with the Tigers in Seattle. The home opener at Comerica Park was set for April 8th against the Chicago White Sox. It remains to be seen if that will happen. This is the 3rd consecutive season that MLB Opening Day has not happened. So how many days until football season?
