Perry Farrell of Jane's Addiction just cancelled 5 dates due to an unspecified injury but posts he is doing well and expects to be back on stage soon. That's after Zack de la Rocha tore his Achilles tendon forcing the cancelation of the remaining Rage Against the Machine tour. I'd say what you're thinking, age related? These guys can't jump around on stage like they used to. But then there's Josh Kiszka who is still in his 20s. He ruptured his eardrum and had to cancel numerous Greta Van Fleet shows.
