It was October of 2021 when David Lee Roth announced he had enough of working and retirement is on the horizon after one last hurrah in the form of a star studded Las Vegas residency. Covid had other plans. The residency scheduled for January 2022 never did happen because of too much this and that due to the pandemic, no need to get into details we've seen it all. That was then... this is David Lee Roth performing in Cabo Wabo over this past weekend. Maybe getting ready for that farewell residency or is it the Eddie Van Halen tribute concert we've all been hoping for? According to guitarist Joe Satriani there are regular talks going on about a possible concert.
