It's a combination of the original album ' Combat Rock' and 12 additional songs that the band recorded at the People's Hall. The combination will simply be called 'Combat Rock/The People's Hall' out on May 20th. In 1981 there was a craving for rock from the streets of London and The Clash filled that desire.
