Tuesday night during a Tool concert singer Maynard James Keenan saw a fan go down in the audience. He immediately stopped the show to draw attention to it for the paramedics and asked that fans clear the way so the man could get medical attention. He then chatted up the audience allowing everyone some space. And that my friends is how it's supposed to happen. That fan is you, me, a loved one, and also a complete stranger who in that moment needs help.
