It's always better when you get the story straight from the source. That's what this new documentary about Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys does. It's mostly a conversation done in the front seat of a car driving past landmarks in Brian's life. Sure it's filled with commentary from Elton John, Bruce Springsteen and others about the genius of Wilson but to take a trip through the incredible life he's led with him as the tour guide, that's something special. There's been so much said about this man's life and music it'll be refreshing to hear his version of the story.
