Since Lollapalooza is a go in Chicago July 29th-Aug.1st with Foo Fighters, Journey, and Limp Bizkit. I thought it'd be fun to take a look back at Homerpalooza. It was 25 years ago that Homer Simpson was confronted with his jettison from the cool kids and landed in the 'never heard of this band' category. Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth and Cypress Hill all had the cool kids roles while Peter Frampton commiserates with Homer. It's a classic.
