You Thought Stone Cold Was Done? Think Again

WWE legend Stone Cold Steve Austin has quietly built a second act in off-road racing, getting into the sport around 2023 after talking about UTVs on his podcast.

That interest led to connections with a Kawasaki dealer, eventually turning into sponsorship opportunities and a full-on racing effort. Early on, Austin admitted he was inexperienced, learning basic racing techniques on the fly and even crashing during his first event, but he stuck with it and kept improving through consistent competition.

All that work paid off recently when Austin competed in the Prospector 250, a nearly six-hour desert race in Nevada. He ended up winning his class (Stock Mod Pro Class) while also finishing eighth overall out of about 45 competitors, completing the race in roughly 5 hours and 45 minutes.

The victory marks a major milestone in his racing career and proves “Stone Cold” can still win even when it’s not inside a wrestling ring.
