Third Man Records announced today that 'White Stripes Greatest Hits' will be released on December 4th on Third Man Records. The standard double LP will feature 26 songs although the track listing has yet to be released. For super fans wishing to score the deluxe triple vinyl set, you can sign up for Third Man's Vault subscription service but you must sign up no later than October 31st. The 3 LP deluxe version will feature a red album, white album and a third black album of rarities and b-sides.
The White Stripes duo of Jack White & Meg White were formed in 1997 and rose to massive success all over the world before disbanding in 2011. Jack White continues to record solo and with his band the Raconteurs.
Today the band also released concert footage of 'Ball & Biscuit' from 2003 in Tokyo, Japan.
