Today was the trade deadline in Major League Baseball and the Free Press is reporting that the Tigers have traded outfielder Cameron Maybin to the Chicago Cubs for infielder Zack Short. Short is ranked the Cubs' 21st prospect.
Maybin has been in this position before. The Tigers traded him to the Miami Marlins in 2007 for some guy named Miguel Cabrera. They also traded him to the Los Angeles Angels in 2016.
