The atmosphere is intoxicating as fans, adorned with club scarves march through the streets waving flags on their way to the stadium. Banging drums and loud raucous cheering provide a scene right out of a Saturday afternoon Premier League match.
Detroit City launched a fundraising campaign last Thursday to help pay for stadium renovations and expand their staff and they've recruited native son Iggy Pop to help spread the word. Once this pandemic hell is over, do yourself a favor and check out a match and if you can...throw a couple bucks their way.
