Going through my collection of old concert ticket stubs (for some reason, I also have tons of Tiger Stadium stubs, too) and I can only help but to reminisce about a glorious time gone by. Not only could you see some of the greatest bands of all time like, The Who, The Stones or Van Halen to mention a few, but tickets were relatively cheap!
When I was 15, I saw Queen at Cobo Hall for $8!!...My Detroit News paper route not only paid for the ticket, I still had money left over for a nickle bag, a soft pretzel and a Coke!
I would add 'ticket stubs' to the list of "things a 25 year old will never experience". Much like telephone booths, VCRs and Oregon Trail, the ticket stub is a thing of the past.
