My Hillbilly ancestors made hootch halfway up the side of the mountain, but not from the pure clean air. So props to the science guys who devised a way to make Vodka from greenhouse gasses, carbon dioxide. It won an award from the Vodka competition they were involved in, and also gold star for using pollution to concoct it. Also, Hangar 1 makes Vodka in SF from fog. So, cheers.
