Taco Bell Worker Accused of Shooting at Customers Over Soda

A dispute inside a Florida Taco Bell escalated into gunfire after customers asked for a water cup and one of them used it to fill soda.

According to police, the employee became upset and confronted the group, leading to a heated argument inside the restaurant. Video recorded by a bystander captured the worker yelling, and at one point, the sound of a firearm being readied can be heard before a shot was fired.

Authorities say the employee then allegedly fired at the customers as they tried to leave, with one person suffering a graze wound and others injured by broken glass when a window was struck.

The suspect was later arrested and charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault with a firearm. Investigators say the incident remains under review as officials continue to examine what led to the violent confrontation.
