Florida Man Hurls Chewing Tobacco at Clerk After Toilet Paper Meltdown

A Florida man is accused of barging out of a convenience-store restroom in a rage after discovering there was no toilet paper, confronting the clerk, and demanding she fix the situation. When she didn’t respond the way he wanted, investigators say he scooped out a wad of his chew, and hurled it directly at her face during the early-morning outburst. The clerk told officers the attack left her covered in spit and soggy tobacco, and she immediately called police.

Deputies arrived to find the clerk shaken and still wearing the stained clothing. The 40-year-old suspect was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor battery before later posting bond. According to the arrest report, the confrontation appeared to stem solely from his frustration over the missing toilet paper, turning a minor inconvenience into a disgusting and criminal encounter.
