Detroit will host the NFL Draft for the first time ever on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Just like going to a Lions game, there are strict guidelines as to what you can and more importantly can't bring in.
Prohibited items:
- Firearms, weapons, knives or explosives
- Alcohol - they'll gladly sell it to you at a premium cost
- Beach balls or balloons
- Footballs
- Chairs or anything to sit on. Plan on standing
- Drones
- Fireworks
- Frisbees
- Illegal substances
- Laser pointers
- Motorized scooters and skateboards
- Noisemakers, whistles and horns
- Poles, sticks or anything that can be used as a missle
- Tripods
- Umbrellas
- Professional cameras
- Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, aerosol cans, cups or beverage containers
- Offensive or obscene clothing, banners or flags
- No banners larger than 22" x 28"
You can bring strollers, small cameras, binoculars and reusable water bottles. Bags must be clear (think plastic freezer bags).
