Going To The NFL Draft? Leave These At Home

Detroit will host the NFL Draft for the first time ever on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Just like going to a Lions game, there are strict guidelines as to what you can and more importantly can't bring in.

Prohibited items:

  • Firearms, weapons, knives or explosives
  • Alcohol - they'll gladly sell it to you at a premium cost
  • Beach balls or balloons
  • Footballs
  • Chairs or anything to sit on. Plan on standing
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Frisbees
  • Illegal substances
  • Laser pointers
  • Motorized scooters and skateboards
  • Noisemakers, whistles and horns
  • Poles, sticks or anything that can be used as a missle
  • Tripods
  • Umbrellas
  • Professional cameras
  • Bottles, cans, thermoses, coolers, aerosol cans, cups or beverage containers
  • Offensive or obscene clothing, banners or flags
  • No banners larger than 22" x 28"

You can bring strollers, small cameras, binoculars and reusable water bottles. Bags must be clear (think plastic freezer bags).
