The sequel to the hit 1983 movie 'A Christmas Story' premieres on HBO Max on November 17th. Original star, Peter Billingsley' returns as Ralphie who is grown and trying to recapture the Christmas spirit after the death of his father. The original film took place in the 1940s, so this one will take place in the 1970s. Sequels rarely live up to the original and this will be no exception as 'A Christmas Story' remains a beloved Christmas classic. That being said, I can't wait to see the story of Ralphie all grown up.
