President of Baseball Operations, Scott Harris, made a key staff addition today. He has hired Rob Metzler Vice President, Assistant General Manager. He was primarily responsible for scouting for the Tampa Bay Rays. This move comes on the heels of the team firing former Assistant GM David Chadd. More on the hire here.
