He's had the same hair for as long as we've 'known' Brian May. A big hair cloud above that brilliant noggin, silver now like a dandelion gone to seed. He's earned that silver hair, but beneath it lies a guitarist who can still split the night air on stage with the best of them on the Red Special, a guitar he and his Dad Harold built together. And of course there's the astrophysics PHD. He and Queen with Adam Lambert keeping the band alive in lieu of Freddie, played a hellacious set for the Queen at her Jubilee this year. And today he turns 75, musing how if you wanna be in rock n roll to this age, you've gotta remain fit. He will take his birthday night off, but the Rhapsody tour continues to Stockholm, Sweden tomorrow.
