Unbelievably sad to lose Dusty Hill. He was a great blues bassist and the backbone to so many great ZZ Top tunes. The band has a massive tour booked and a Las Vegas residency that Billy Gibbons says the band will fulfill with longtime guitar tech Elwood Francis who filled in for Dusty Friday night in Illinois. Gibbons said one of the last things Dusty said to him was to let Elwood "take it to the top".
