Even though stores in Metro Detroit have been sporting holiday decorations for weeks, a real sign that the holidays are coming arrived today in Campus Martius Park in Detroit. The 55-65 foot tree arrived from Manton in Northern Michigan and contains 19,000 lights according to M-Live. It weighs a whopping 15,000 pounds.
The annual tree lighting ceremony will be virtual this year on November 20th.
